My Creative DNA
As a self-proclaimed multi-passionate and certified student of life, it’s in my nature to shift, adapt, expand, and innovate. Take a peak into the living library of practices that shape my body of work.

Psychosynthesis
Psychology with a Soul
Psychosynthesis is a holistic approach to personal growth and self-realization that honors both our psychological depths and our spiritual potential. It’s a framework for understanding the psyche that goes beyond just managing symptoms or resolving past trauma — it invites us into a deeper process of becoming, aligning our thoughts, feelings, and actions with our highest, most authentic selves.
At its core, Psychosynthesis recognizes that each of us has a deeper, truer Self, and that our journey is one of integrating the many parts of ourselves into a more harmonious, empowered whole. It emphasizes the power of choice, presence, and conscious will, supporting us to break free from limiting patterns and live from a place of greater clarity, purpose, and truth.
I studied with the Psychospiritual Institute and am a certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach, with the honor of contributing as a student mentor in their year-long certification program.

Yoga & Meditation
Yoga has been one of my most steady and transformative companions. What began as a physical practice, mainly to balance my rock climbing obsession, slowly became a sacred ritual — a space to return to myself again and again.
It’s taught me how to be in my body when it’s uncomfortable, how to breathe when I want to run, and how to listen to the subtle intelligence moving through me. Yoga isn’t just something I do — it’s how I remember who I am.
Beyond the poses, it’s helped me build a relationship with stillness, discipline, devotion, and the deep pulse of aliveness beneath it all. It’s a practice of presence, of softening, of honest return.
I completed my 200-hour certification through the Institute of Living Yoga, studying under the guidance of Sarahjoy Marsh, whose trauma-informed, socially engaged approach continues to shape how I teach and practice. I now partner with the Institute to support others on their own path of embodied awakening.

Human Design
Human Design is a system based on your time, date, and place of birth that maps out your unique energetic blueprint — how you’re wired to thrive in work, relationships, creativity, and decision-making. It offers practical insights into how your energy moves, what environments nourish you, and how to recognize when you’re aligned… or off-track.
When I first discovered Human Design in 2020, I fully hyper-fixated — and for good reason. It felt like someone handed me the manual I never knew I needed. It helped me make sense of patterns I couldn’t quite name and gave me tools to honor the way I actually operate, not just how I thought I “should.”
Now, I integrate Human Design into my work as a tool for clarity, permission, and embodiment — not as a rigid identity box, but as a compass for aligning with your natural rhythm and deepest truth.

Authentic Movement
Authentic Movement is a somatic healing practice rooted in depth psychology and dance psychotherapy. With eyes closed and awareness turned inward, the mover follows the body’s intuitive impulses — no choreography, no performance — just truth in motion. One moves, one witnesses. Together, we create a sacred, non-verbal container where nervous systems soften, creativity awakens, and the emotions and stories stored in the body begin to unravel.
This practice reconnects us to the body’s inner landscape — the yeses we’ve ignored, the no’s we’ve swallowed, the parts of ourselves that have been waiting to be seen and felt. It’s a gentle but powerful tool for emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and inner listening.
I guide group Authentic Movement workshops and also weave movement journeys into my 1:1 work, where they become a deeply personal, somatic gateway to integration, expression, and self-trust.
